Ingredients
1cupmilk/coconut milk(coconut milk for babies under 1)
1/3cup chia seeds
1tbsphoney(skip for babies under 1)
Instructions
In a bowl add the milk, chia seeds, and a tbsp of honey and mix well.
Skip honey for babies under 1, instead, add a mashed banana for sweetness. Also, instead of using whole cow's milk for baby chia pudding, use coconut or almond milk to make it easier to digest.
Transfer to jars and set in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
Add toppings of your choice- fresh fruit like mango or banana for babies and some fruit, muesli, or nut butter for toddlers and older kids.
