Pineapple goes perfectly in a smoothie with papaya, therefore in this smoothie, we will be adding pineapple along with papaya.

But, before we dive into the recipe for this healthy papaya smoothie let us look at some of the benefits of adding this papaya smoothie for toddlers and older kids in your family meal plan.

  • Blender


  • 1 cup papaya pieces
  • 1/2 cup pineapple pieces
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 dates


  • Use frozen or chilled fruit for this recipe.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend well until smoothie-like consistency is achieved.

  2. You may also use frozen fruit if that is available.
