I used to make this recipe with about 1/2 cup of jaggery but recently I tweaked the recipe when we were celebrating my toddler’s ‘1000 days on Earth’ birthday milestone. The sugar free version of this cake turned out so tasty, I decided this is how I will be making it from here on out.

Documenting this recipe, so future me can also refer back and hope you try this healthy ragi cake and write back to me how you like it.
