Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Blitz in a mixer grinder and serve.
  • Toppings added are chopped strawberry, chia seeds, pistachio powder
     

Notes

Other toppings for smoothie bowls can include granola, toasted coconut flakes, almond butter, desiccated coconut, cacao nibs, toasted pumpkin seeds, toasted sunflower seeds, and/or hemp seeds.
