- 1 cup dates
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Grease your baking dish with some cooking oil. Tightly stuff the mixture in the baking dish.
Bake at 180°C/300°F for 30 minutes until the top layer is crispy. Keep an eye on the baking process to make sure the granola mixture burns.
After baking, cool down and cut into bars.
Store in the fridge. Can stay fresh for 7 days.
