- 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp amaranth flour (optional, can switch out with ragi flour or buckwheat flour too)
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 egg
- splash of milk
- 1/2 mashed banana
- handful of blueberries
Mix all ingredients in a bowl to make a thick batter.
Pour out a spoonful on a hot non-stick pan to make mini pancakes for baby.
Serve with more chopped fruit and nut powder of your choice.
