- 1/2 Cabbage head
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Carrot
- Handful Coriander
- For the dressing
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
- 1/2 tsp Tahini
- 1 tsp Honey/Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Chili flakes
- Water adjust consistency of dressing
Grate the cucumber in thin slivers.
Chop the cumber, carrot and coriander.
Add all the veggies in a bowl and make the dressing. Chill the chopped vegetables for 20 minutes.
Mix dressing well until combined to make a pourable consistency and pour over chilled salad and enjoy.
