Autumn marks the beginning of transitional weather. The moment you think of autumn the colours maroon, mustard, deep yellows, orange, and the plaid shirt paired with boots comes to mind.
In India, we don’t get to experience this lovely fashion season, but being a fashion enthusiast I appreciate the autumn fashion that goes along with this season.
People usually don’t think of little boys being fashionably dressed. But that doesn’t mean it has to be all about dinosaur and monster tees for my boy. It is fun to break from the monotony of everyday clothing and do something different.
The idea for this post is to serve as an inspiration board, a sort of mood-setting for the upcoming winter. I had so much fun coming up with these looks and you will see I have stayed true to my minimal fashion sense and used a few key items that can be easily mixed and matched.
Why feature autumn fashion? because it’s similar to Indian winters – light and chilly but not freezing cold.
Let us dive into the three looks I styled on my son.
Look 1: Autumn Toddler Boy Fashion
This is a semi-formal look. I paired a pair of blue denim with a yellow checked shirt and a lightweight navy sweatshirt. To complete the look and give it an autumn vibe we have a lovely pair of dark brown boots.

Look 2: Autumn Toddler Boy Fashion
This is a casual look. I paired a pair of black denim with a red checked shirt. A mint coloured onesie inside the red checked shirt is a unique colour pairing. This gives this outfit a different look. Complete the look with dark brown boots.

You have no idea how eagerly I waited for this page to load. Being a boy mom myself I am so clueless about how to style my boy and in this city which has only hot summer or wet monsoons. I must meet this handsome lil fella soon. 😉
Those are some very cute and handsome ensembles you have out together for fall.
