Peanut butter Breakfast Bars for Kids
A peanut butter and oatmeal breakfast bar recipe for kids
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 apple (grated)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2-3 drops pure vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients well.
Transfer into a rectangle baking dish and pat down with your fingers. Use a baking paper lining on the dish for easy removal after baking.
Bake at 200 degree C for 30 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Can store in the fridge in air tight containers for up to 4 days.
- For longer storage you can transfer them into zip lock bags and freeze. This way the bars can be used for upto 2 weeks.
