Peanut butter Breakfast Bars for Kids

Ingredients

oat flour

apple (grated)

tbsp
peanut butter
1/4
tsp
cinnamon powder
1
tbsp
maple syrup
1
tbsp
olive oil
1/4
tsp
baking soda
2-3
drops
pure vanilla extract
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients well.
Transfer into a rectangle baking dish and pat down with your fingers. Use a baking paper lining on the dish for easy removal after baking.
Bake at 200 degree C for 30 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
Can store in the fridge in air tight containers for up to 4 days.
For longer storage you can transfer them into zip lock bags and freeze. This way the bars can be used for upto 2 weeks.
