Hi, I’m Ophira, the nerdy mom behind Easy Mommy Life.

I’m a Certified Pediatric Nutrition Consultant, mama of two, and the person behind Easy Mommy Life – a space where evidence-based child nutrition meets the reality of everyday family life.

When I became a mom, I wanted to do everything “right.” I read about breastfeeding, baby-led weaning, gentle parenting, natural living, and everything in between. But somewhere along the way, I realized that good parenting isn’t about following every rule perfectly. It’s about finding what works for your family without the guilt.

That philosophy became the foundation of Easy Mommy Life.

Today, my work has evolved into helping parents navigate one of the most challenging parts of raising children: feeding them well without turning mealtimes into a battle.

As a Certified Pediatric Nutrition Consultant, I’ve helped hundreds of moms work through common feeding challenges, from picky eating and limited food variety to building balanced plates, creating practical meal plans, improving everyday nutrition, and simply figuring out what to feed their child.

I believe children don’t need a “perfect” diet. They need a nourishing one that is realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable for the whole family. And I believe moms deserve nutrition advice that doesn’t leave them feeling guilty about the cookie, the skipped vegetable, the school lunch that came home untouched, or the day when dinner was simply toast!

At Easy Mommy Life, I share practical, evidence-informed guidance on picky eating, balanced meals, child nutrition, recipes, meal planning, and healthy habits without the pressure to be a perfect parent.

Because raising healthy children isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about making informed choices, and finding a way to make healthy living stick.
