How does the appointment booking process work?
Select a date and time slot from the calendar. Provide your name, email id, phone number (optional) and a brief explanation of your case (optional). Once the payment is done, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you have selected Google Meet as the preferred mode of consultation, I’ll send you a Google Meet link prior to the consult.
What is the duration of the booking slot?
You can make a slot booking for 1 hour, 1.5 hours and 2 hours.
Something came up, can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?
Ofcourse, you can. Appointment can be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to the start of the appointment slot.
Example: Appointment slot 23-August-2026, 11:00 AM
Cancellation/Rescheduling accepted till 22-August-2026, 10:59 PM
When will I get my refund?
Refund will be initiated within 3 working days. Money should be deposited in your bank account in 7 working days.
I prefer a telephonic conversation rather than Google Meet.
That’s perfectly fine. We can conduct the session over a phone call or WhatsApp. In such case kindly provide the number linked to your WhatsApp.
